Feedthewrist started off on Instagram back in October of 2018 by a first year Civil Engineering student Yu-jin Koh with a very simple intention of sharing wrist-shots to the world. Hence the name, feed-the-wrist, an idea where all wrists deserve to be fed by their owners. Fast-forward 5 years to-date, this website has been created to further deepen our knowledge in anything watch related. Well, if we’re being honest here, it’s another reason to put ourselves deeper into the rabbit hole of the hobby.
But hey, other than that, we would also like to share a perspective where watches shouldn’t be conceived as a sole item. Instead, when we look at watches in the big picture, they act as elements that interact with everything we do and bring much more joy throughout the period of ownership when viewed that way. Therefore, this platform is also seen as a medium of expression for thoughts on how watches fuse with our daily lives.
Ultimately, other than documenting our journey in search for deeper knowledge of timepieces and the aspects that revolve around them, we picture ourselves growing into a brand where the feedthewrist name can work alongside brands that we believe in. Here’s to the start of a new journey for us!
